Overview
Simply, imagine ONE shaft reacting to differing swing speeds, with the kick point being low for slow swingers and high for faster swingers. This is the true meaning of FreeFlex (without flex designation) with the shaft reacting according to swing speeds to provide incredible performance.
Free Flex Technology aims to improve and enhance both distance and direction by combining the best features of stiff and flexible shafts. Infused with our ground-breaking FFT technology which allows us to control a shaft's weight, flex (CPM), and torsional strenght, all independently of each other, FreeFlex special series shafts are designed to transfer maximum energy at impact for both hard, fast swings and even light, smooth swings.
- FF38 Hot Pink is recommended for swing speeds between 70~90mph but capable of handling much higher speeds with smooth transition.
- The FF38 Hot Pink special series is manufactured with a factory design load of 38g weight (total 43g with special hand paint), 4.5 torque and 160cpm.
- The FreeFlex FF45 is recommended for swing speeds between 95~120mph.
- The FF45 (200cpm) is firmer than FF38 (170cpm), but still feels soft overall. However, both shafts will feel stiffer the faster you swing it.
